Tulsi Lemon Ginger Immune Shot Jelly Cubes

These jelly cubes turn a strong Tulsi Lemon Ginger-style tea into a playful, snackable format. They are easy to keep in the fridge and pop after breakfast or when you come home.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tulsi Lemon Ginger tea bags
  • 2 cups just-boiled water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp agar agar flakes or powder (check pack instructions)

Step-by-step method

  1. Steep tea bags in boiled water for 10 minutes, then remove and stir in lemon juice and sweetener.
  2. Sprinkle agar over the hot liquid, whisking to dissolve, then bring to a gentle simmer for a few minutes until fully activated.
  3. Pour into a shallow glass dish or silicone moulds and let cool, then refrigerate until set.
  4. Cut into small cubes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
