All you need to do is create a comfortable space where you can rest uninterrupted, such as your yoga mat*, the carpet, or your bed, switch your phone to DND, and allow yourself to breathe and to lie still, while you follow these instructions.
*Those who experience lower back discomfort may prefer to place a pillow underneath the knees rather than lying down with the legs out straight. Yoga Nidra can also be practiced in a seated position, however a supine position is most beneficial, so long as the body feels comfortable in the position.
