  • 1 ½ cups just-boiled water

  • ½ small banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • ½–1 cup plant milk (optional, for extra creaminess)

Step-by-step method

  • Steep tea bags in boiled water for 8–10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
  • Add cooled tea, greens, frozen fruit, banana and seeds to a blender.
