Writing, Wisdom & Wellbeing: A nourishing session for body, mind & creative spirit.
What does it mean to live well?
In a world that often asks us to do more, move faster and stay constantly connected, true wellbeing can often be found in life's simplest moments: a quiet cup of tea, a few mindful breaths, a moment of reflection, or putting pen to paper.
As part of Byron Writers Festival 2026, ORGANIC INDIA invites you to join A Well-Lived Life, a complimentary guided journaling workshop designed to inspire reflection, creativity and connection.
Facilitated by author and storyteller Melaina Faranda, this nurturing session explores how small daily rituals can support greater wellbeing, helping us cultivate gratitude, self-awareness and a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.
Through a series of gentle guided journaling exercises, participants will be encouraged to slow down, reflect and reconnect. No previous journaling experience is necessary, simply bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
At ORGANIC INDIA, we believe wellness is not something we achieve; it is something we practise every day. Together, we'll explore how simple rituals, from enjoying a nourishing cup of herbal tea to taking a few moments to write, can become meaningful acts of self-care that support a well-lived life.
